🔶 Kuwait Army: We intercepted and destroyed hostile drones

The Kuwait Army announced on Saturday that, from early morning, it had identified and destroyed several hostile drones in the skies over this country. According to the Kuwait Army, the “Iranian attack” targeted some critical facilities in this country.

Based on a statement by the Kuwait Army, a government facility in the north of the country and civilian assets belonging to a company on the island of Bubiyan were targeted.

The Kuwait Army added that the falling fragments caused material damage, but these attacks resulted in no casualties.

The statement was released at a time when military tensions in the Persian Gulf and around the Strait of Hormuz have increased in recent days.

Kuwait is among the countries that, during the clashes between Iran and the United States, had warned about the targeting of its critical infrastructure.
