1. Our standard
The service is restricted to users aged 18 or older. Regardless of age restrictions, we prohibit any content or behavior that sexually exploits, endangers, or sexualizes a person under 18.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
- Child sexual abuse material or realistic sexualized depictions of minors.
- Grooming, predatory contact, sexual solicitation, or arranging sexual contact with a minor.
- Sextortion, threats involving intimate imagery, or coercion of a minor.
- Child trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or facilitating access to abusive material.
- Sharing links, instructions, coded language, or communities intended to obtain or distribute such material.
3. How to report
Use the in-app Report action on the relevant content, profile, message, or room. Choose the child-safety reason when available. You may also email the child safety contact with links, usernames, timestamps, and a short description.
Do not attach or forward illegal imagery. If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or the appropriate child-protection authority.
4. Our response
We prioritize child-safety reports, preserve relevant evidence, restrict access where necessary, remove prohibited content, and suspend or terminate accounts. We report apparent CSAM and related conduct to competent authorities when required by applicable law.
5. Cooperation and review
We cooperate with valid legal requests and maintain review procedures for safety reports. These standards are reviewed as the service, legal requirements, and Google Play policies change.
