🔻Iraq’s prime minister condemns attack on Riyadh airport

The office of the Iraqi prime minister, in a statement, condemned the attack on the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.

The spokesperson for the Iraqi armed forces also said that the attack led to the “weakening of security and stability in the region.”

Iraq also rejected “any escalation of military measures and hostile behavior” and said such actions “cause deeper divisions and negative consequences for peace.”

The Iraqi prime minister emphasized that his country “has always supported dialogue and understanding as an alternative to military or violent actions.”
