The Attorney General of the United Arab Emirates announced that the attack on the pilot of a FlyDubai flight is a “terrorist attack” and accused the co-pilot of this flight of carrying out “terrorist” operations.
At the same time, CNN reported that Hamza Al Hammai, the co-pilot of the Dubai-to-Tel Aviv flight, had previously been dismissed from flight training in Oman due to concerns about his extremist views.
According to CNN, images of al-Qaeda leaders were seen in his accounts on social media, and among the three thousand posts that were deleted from him there were also extremist and misogynistic views.
