🔻 Meeting between Saudi Arabia and US foreign ministers on the sidelines of the G20 summit

The foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia and the United States met and discussed the latest developments in the region on the sidelines of the G20 foreign ministers meeting in Atlanta.

According to news agencies, ensuring the security of the passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz and the Bab al-Mandab was among the topics of discussion between Faisal bin Farhan and Marco Rubio.

The foreign ministers of the United States and Saudi Arabia also signed, during this meeting, an agreement on the United States’ participation in the Expo 2030 Riyadh.
