Jamshed Boz̄gar, a journalist and political analyst, referring to a new Al Arabiya report about a proposal by Qatar and Pakistan to resume talks between Tehran and Washington, said that despite the report not being confirmed, it is not unthinkable for such a proposal to be put forward, but that plan cannot resolve the main problems in the negotiations.

He stressed that increased diplomatic efforts are not an indication that a deal is near; rather, they point to narrowed options and a higher likelihood of war.
