🔸 As videos of autumn rain and flooding are released from several places across Iran, the weather forecast for today, 11 Mehr, said that rainfall will continue in 23 provinces over the coming days.

🔸 The videos shared on social media show rainfall in cities such as Karaj and Khorramabad, the flow of floodwaters in Ouz in southern Fars Province, and in the Almas heights.

🔸 Sadegh Ziyaian, head of the National Center for Weather Hazard Forecasting and Crisis Management, said that today’s precipitation will cover parts of the west, northwest, the Caspian Sea coasts, and the country’s central regions.

🔸 According to him, rainfall has also been forecast for North Khorasan, southern Kerman, and the north and east of Hormozgan.

🔸 Ziyaian, explaining the weather situation on Sunday, 12 Mehr, said that in Ardabil, the Caspian Sea coastal provinces, North Khorasan, the northern half of Razavi Khorasan, and the Central Alborz highlands, rain will fall during some hours of the day. He added that in some places, precipitation will be accompanied by showers, thunder and lightning, and temporary strong winds.

🔸 The head of this center also reported the likelihood of dust storms rising in susceptible areas on Sunday. According to him, temperatures across the northern strip of the country will also drop.
