🔻Airport Company CEO: Iran exchanges air traffic with 12 neighboring countries

The managing director of Iran’s Airports and Air Navigation Company says that Iran exchanges air traffic with 12 neighboring countries.

Mortaza Dehghan, commenting on the country’s flight situation, said that “safety in the skies and in flights is maintained at one hundred percent, and we provide services to all flights.”

He also, referring to the fact that there is traffic exchange with 12 neighboring countries, said that flights in the sky are conducted based on international regulations.

Starting from the beginning of Mehr (October 23), the United States has imposed new restrictions on countries that cooperate with Iranian airlines.

Following this U.S. decision, some countries have refrained from providing services to Iranian airlines, and as a result, several flights from Iran to other countries and vice versa have been canceled.

The United States has placed 27 Iranian airlines in the sanctions list.

Accordingly, any assistance to Iranian airlines and passenger aircraft causes the removal of the assisting entity from the dollar cycle.
