🔻Vote counting in Israel’s election is still ongoing, and so far more than 77% of the votes have been counted.
Benjamin Netanyahu’s bloc still holds 54 seats, while the number of seats held by the opposition coalition led by Gadi Eisenkot, after gaining two more seats, has risen to 49.
None of them is on a path that would allow them to reach the 61 seats needed to form a majority government.
Earlier it was predicted that the Arab list parties would win 19 seats, but that number is now 17.
As results continue to be announced, it is not unexpected that the outcome may change.
