🔶Trump: We can seize all of Iran and its oil

Donald Trump, the U.S. president, announced on Friday, October 23 (November 1), that the United States could end its war with the Islamic Republic quickly, “but Iran is a country in collapse.”

Trump said: “We can end it very quickly.”

He added: “The question is whether we want to finish the job or let (the government) gradually run out of steam.”

The U.S. president, speaking to reporters outside the White House before traveling to an election rally in the state of Florida, claimed that Washington could, if it wished, seize all of Iran and its oil resources.

He said: “If we want, we can take all the oil. We can take the entire country.”

Trump also claimed that the Islamic Republic, in the current situation, has little capacity to act and that Iran is facing a severe shortage of financial resources.
