🔺Three Saudi citizens, including a pilot, were killed in Thursday attacks on Riyadh airport

▪The Saudi Aviation Authority confirmed the occurrence of two attacks on King Khalid International Airport on Thursday, 16 Mehr, and announced that three Saudi citizens were killed as a result of these attacks.

▪Shortly before that, Yemen’s Houthis claimed responsibility for a series of attacks that targeted this airport.

▪On Friday, the Saudi Aviation Authority said that the attacks targeted airport facilities and an aircraft belonging to Saudi Airlines, the national-flag carrier of the country.

▪In this statement, the first attack targeted airport facilities, and in the second attack, an aircraft belonging to Saudi Airlines was targeted.
