Rouhollah Rahim Pour, journalist and political analyst, referring to the remarks by Israel’s Energy Minister about the possibility of the Islamic Republic being targeted again if its nuclear facilities are rebuilt, said that Israel wants to reserve for itself the right to undertake preemptive military action and does not believe a potential deal between Tehran and Washington would, on its own, guarantee its security.

He added that, from Israel’s perspective, a valid agreement should limit the Islamic Republic’s technical capabilities, including enrichment, centrifuges, stocks of enriched uranium, and the ability to quickly rebuild nuclear infrastructure. And if the Islamic Republic moves toward restoring these capabilities, there will be a possibility of another military action.
