Hamidreza Haji Babaee, deputy speaker of the parliament, in response to Donald Trump, the president of the United States, about the use of “Mother of Bombs,” warned that in the event of an American attack, the armed forces of the Islamic Republic would use the “Father of Missiles” against U.S. targets in the region.

Haji Babaee said in an interview with IRNA on Friday, the first of Aban, “America should know that if there is any kind of military aggression against Iran, the armed forces of the Islamic Republic will also use the ‘Father of Missiles’ against America and this country’s positions in the region.”

He also called Trump’s warnings “bluffs” and said, “The proud people of Iran have the necessary awareness and vigilance to confront this war, and these bluffs will not affect the power and resilience of the Iranian nation.”
