🔻Pakistan police, in talks with the BBC, confirmed that at least 14 people were killed in a suicide attack in Swat province in the northwest of this country.

At least four police officers are among the dead.

As a result of the attack, more than 20 people were also injured, many of whom need care and immediate treatment.

A senior official in the province said the suspected person tried to enter the Kabal station and, after police asked him to undergo a body search and stopped him, he detonated the explosives he had with him.

So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.

In recent years, this region of Pakistan has seen violence intensify, and Islamist militants target security forces. 🎥AFP
