🔻Mohsen Rezaei: The current conditions, including, are among the most difficult periods for the country
Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, said that the current conditions in Iran are among the most difficult periods for the country.
According to a report by Iranian media, on Saturday, Mohsen Rezaei also said, during a meeting of the Economic Coordination Headquarters of the government, that the process of negotiations with the United States is very serious.
Based on these reports, the Minister of Agriculture Jihad also presented a report on the status of the supply of essential goods and the agricultural sector in this meeting, and said that under current conditions, there is no shortage of items needed by the country.
With the intensification of U.S. sanctions, Iran’s economy has been under increasing pressure, leading to a sharp rise in the prices of foreign currencies in Iran’s market.
Many business owners say that the increase in the exchange rate has meant they cannot sell their goods—even if there are customers—because they have to buy the same items at higher prices.
