🔶"Iran Tightens Defensive Measures and Warns Regional U.S. Allies"

Based on a report published by The Wall Street Journal, more than seven months after a deadlock in regional clashes, the Islamic Republic of Iran, with predictions of the likelihood of new military confrontation after the U.S. midterm elections, has significantly changed its defensive and military posture.

Under conditions in which U.S. maximum pressure, growing sanctions, and restrictions on air routes have put Iran’s economy in severe straits, experts believe that Tehran views this war footing not only as a defensive necessity and a deterrent factor against U.S. air superiority, but also as a way out of the current diplomatic, political, and economic deadlock.

In this regard, both sides of the conflict are trying to shift the balance of power in their favor; the United States has intensified its campaign of economic pressure and protection of oil tankers, while in response Iran has begun extensive preparations for comprehensive readiness.
