Trump said: “If China and Russia are providing such assistance to the Islamic Republic, it is at a very limited level, but I don’t believe at all that they are providing any assistance.”

He added: “They have a lot to lose, and if they were doing something like that, we would have found out about it, and we would have found out very quickly.”
