Behnameh Saeedi, secretary of the National Security Commission of the parliament, told دانشجو news agency: “America only understands the language of force and decisiveness, and the armed forces of the Islamic Republic have, so far, given an appropriate response to the American actions.”

He added: “Any plan that America proposes—whether in the form of negotiations or in the form of other plans—must be examined with a cynical outlook.”

This member of parliament added: “Americans in different periods have shown that they cannot be trusted, and especially Donald Trump, who has psychological instability, is no exception to this rule.”
