UKMTO reports an incident involving an oil tanker 9 miles southeast of the port of Kâmyz, Oman.

The tanker’s captain reported that two explosions were heard while transiting the Strait of Hormuz, but the vessel and crew are in complete safety and no environmental damage has occurred. Vessels have been asked to transit with caution.
