🔶 UK Maritime Trade Organization reports a maritime incident near Yemen

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) said in a statement that it received a late report about an incident occurring at a distance of 9 nautical miles southwest of the city of "Al-Mukha" in Yemen.

In the message, published on Wednesday, August 5, it said that the vessel was targeted by an unmanned underwater craft, which resulted in a fire on the ship.

The ship’s crew were rescued by local authorities and are all in full health.

It has also been reported that the vessel ultimately sank.
