🔶 Three killed in US attacks on Qeshm

According to Iranian domestic media reports, in the early-morning attacks by the United States on the island of Qeshm on Thursday, the father and mother of a family and their 2-year-old child were killed. The attack also left two people injured.

According to Ahmad Nafisi, deputy political, security, and social affairs of the governor of Hormozgan, the search, rescue, and debris removal operations at the site of the attack were concluded with the efforts of rescue forces, operational units, and support teams, and the bodies of the dead were pulled out from under the rubble.

He added that the family’s two other children were pulled out from under the rubble in the initial minutes of the incident and, after initial medical measures were carried out by rescue forces, were transferred to a medical center to receive care for their injuries.

Ahmad Ahmadi-Zadeh, deputy political, security, and social affairs of the governor of Fars, also reported on Thursday morning, 30 July (8 Mordad), that airstrikes by US forces targeted areas in Kazerun and Farashband counties; attacks that, according to him, caused no fatalities.
