The Israeli army announced that, in an attack on the Deir al-Zahrani area in southern Lebanon, Abu Hasan Alaa, one of Hezbollah’s senior commanders, has been killed.

Shahram Khaldi, a researcher in Middle Eastern history and international relations, told Iran International that Hezbollah is not satisfied with the agreement between the Lebanese government and Israel, and that the process of a fragile ceasefire negotiations that had been formed is very brittle.
