🔸 Qatar’s foreign ministry spokesperson confirmed on Tuesday that efforts with all parties to reach a diplomatic solution between Iran and the United States are still ongoing.

🔸 The report was published by Agence France-Presse (AFP) on Tuesday, 13 Mordad.

🔸 The remarks come a day after Donald Trump, the President of the United States, said that negotiations with Tehran are underway and that Iran is facing the “final opportunity” to reach an agreement.

🔸 Iranian officials, meanwhile, have emphasized that no talks with the United States are taking place and said that current dialogue by Iran is only with Oman and regarding the Strait of Hormuz. Tehran has also said that no major meeting has been scheduled this week.

🔸 Trump said that negotiations are being held at Iran’s request, as well as by Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar, adding: “This is their last chance to sign a good deal.”
