Only a few hours after Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Steve Witkoff, Donald Trump’s special envoy, Russia began a fresh wave of missile and drone attacks against Kyiv and other parts of Ukraine.

According to initial reports, at least one person was killed and 22 others were injured in the overnight attacks on Ukraine’s capital, and residential buildings, civilian facilities, and transportation infrastructure were damaged.
