🔶 NBC News: Trump is unhappy about inability to end the Iran war

NBC News, citing U.S. officials and people close to Donald Trump, the president of the country, reported that last week, at a meeting, he expressed dissatisfaction with the military options available against Iran and his inability to reach an agreement to end the war, and apparently “lost his temper.”

An American official told NBC News that neither Trump nor his closest advisers, despite having publicly expressed their satisfaction with the course of the war, are pleased with the current situation. According to this official, there is no clear and unified strategy for ending the hostilities.

NBC, citing one of the people close to Trump who has spoken with the U.S. president in recent weeks, wrote: “The president is extremely angry. I don’t think he imagined that getting the Iranians to agree would be this difficult. There wasn’t a real strategy for reaching the goal, or regarding how long it would take and what actions should be taken.”
