🔶 Middle East crude oil exports reached the highest level since the Iran war
Data from the company Kpler on Monday, 6 Mehr (28 September) shows that crude oil exports from the main Middle East producers in September reached 16 million, 328 thousand barrels per day. This figure is the highest since the start of the war between the United States and Israel against the Islamic Republic at the end of February.
The reason for this increase is reported to be higher oil exports from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Based on preliminary data, this increase followed improved export conditions through the Strait of Hormuz. It is expected that in the current month, the amount of oil exported will exceed 9 million barrels per day. According to a report by Reuters, the reason is that Saudi Arabia, after attacks that damaged part of the East-West pipeline in the country, shifted some of its oil exports from the Yanbu port in the Red Sea to other routes.
