Meir Javedanfar, an analyst of Israeli affairs, said while referring to the average of opinion polls that forming a coalition of 61 seats for Benjamin Netanyahu appears difficult, but given the record of Israeli elections, the results of the polls cannot be considered certain.

According to him, the opposition may form a government with the support of Arab parties, even without them being present in the cabinet.
