In a statement on the second anniversary of the Islamic Republic’s attacks on Israel, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that, in response to any threat or attack, it is ready to respond immediately and more severely than this operation.

The statement said: “The era of threats at no cost has come to an end, and any aggression will be met with a regretful and painful response.”

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps also, while referring to following the guidance of Mojtaba Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic, announced: “Finger on the trigger, ready to deliver a resolute, immediate, painful, regret-inducing and deadly response, more so than Operation Promise of True 2, to any threat, violation, aggression, or any possible miscalculation.”

Operation “Promise of True 2” was carried out in response to the deaths of Ismail Haniyeh, Hassan Nasrallah, and Abbas Nilforoushan.
