The Houthi attack on the city of Medina has been met with a wave of regional condemnations. The Gulf Cooperation Council described the attack as “crossing a red line” and condemned it. Qatar, Sudan, the Arab League, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation also said the Houthi attack violated the sanctity of holy places and international laws, and they announced their solidarity with Saudi Arabia.
