An interview with a former political prisoner; prisoners’ belongings are not returned after release
🔸For a long time, some political and security prisoners have complained that after being released from detention or prison, their personal items—seized when they were arrested—are not returned, and they have even filed complaints. Sanaz Yekta is one of these political prisoners who was previously detained in Tehran due to her civil and political activities, including displaying an Israeli flag. In an interview with Binyamin Sadr on Radio Farda, Ms. Yekta says that her personal belongings have not been returned after her period of detention, despite the fact that she needs them in these economic conditions, and that her follow-ups in this regard have also not produced any results so far.
