In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic strongly condemned Benjamin Netanyahu’s trip, the Prime Minister of Israel, to the United Arab Emirates, and warned about “very dangerous consequences” of Israel’s presence in the region.
The ministry said that West Asia is in one of its “most fragile and sensitive historical periods,” and that Netanyahu’s presence in the region is “very dangerous and alarming.”
The statement said: “All countries in the region should be mindful of the consequences and outcomes of such a presence, which threatens the peace and collective security of the region.”
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic also urged the countries in the region not to provide the conditions for the “destructive presence” of Israel and not to allow its territory to be used for “destabilizing actions.”
