A human rights website, HalVosh, reported that clashes took place between the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and armed individuals in the Taftan heights in Sistan and Baluchestan. According to sources cited by the website, as the clashes escalated, around 40 vehicles carrying reinforcements from the IRGC were sent to the area.
