Hossein Mahdibi, spokesman of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, told Al Alam: “The war is not over and it continues. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is also preparing itself for a long-term war.”

The spokesman of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps continued: “If a new attack takes place, we will certainly change the geography of the war.”

Mahdibi added: “All of the United States’ military bases in the region came under the fire of our missiles and drones, to the extent that most of them were shot down and put out of action.”

He added: “The U.S. bases no longer even have the ability to protect themselves. They had come to establish security; a large portion of their energy and military capability was spent defending their own bases, and they even failed to hold out.”

The spokesman of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps also said: “All of America’s advanced technologies lost their color in the face of the offensive and defensive capabilities of the Islamic Republic.”

The IRGC spokesman added: “Today, we are defining the new regional order, not the United States.”

Mahdibi said: “The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has had no official or unofficial ties with the United States, now or ever.”
