The Israeli army announced the destruction of an underground command-and-control center belonging to the Hezbollah organization in Hadatha village in southern Lebanon.

According to this statement, forces from the 601st Battalion, 401st Brigade, and the combat engineering unit “Yehallom” destroyed a tunnel of approximately 55 meters in length with three rooms beneath a construction materials production factory. The tunnel was located about 300 meters from a building belonging to UNIFIL.

The Israeli army also said that within the area of the tunnel, an underground well and dozens of pieces of equipment and military supplies were discovered. The army said that operations in southern Lebanon to eliminate the remaining threats from Hezbollah will continue.
