🔻Australian parliament representative in critical condition after an «intentional attack» with a car

Helen Hines, an independent member of the Australian parliament, was hit by a car and suffered serious injuries. She was transferred to hospital by helicopter.

Anthony Albanese, Australia’s prime minister, described it as «an attack»; he told Australia’s public broadcaster ABC: «It wasn’t an accident; it appears to have been an intentional act.»
