🔺Amnesty International: The horrific wave of executions in Iran must stop

◾Amnesty International said that officials of the Islamic Republic executed at least five protesters in the past week and are running a campaign of arbitrary executions to suppress opponents.

◾According to the organization’s statement, Amirsin Saffari and Abolfazl Sepahi were executed in public on 6 Mordad.

◾The case was related to the killing of four police officers in Aliqhani Square in Isfahan, as well as allegations involving carrying weapons, damaging public property, and setting buildings on fire.

◾Before that, two other defendants in this case, named Erfan Esfandiari and Gol Mohammad Mohammadi, were executed, and eight other people who have been sentenced to death in this case are in immediate danger.
