Amir Gayti, a member of the editorial board of Iran International, said that threats by officials of the Islamic Republic against data centers and artificial intelligence in the United States could increase the sensitivity of this country’s security institutions toward Iranian students and specialists and put their normal lives under pressure.
He added that, at the same time as negotiations continue, tensions in the Strait of Hormuz and the attacks by the Houthis show that the Islamic Republic and its proxy forces are still trying to change the regional equations. According to Gayti, despite Tehran’s claim about controlling the Strait of Hormuz, the oil of the countries in the region passes through this route, but the Islamic Republic has been unable to remove its own oil from it.
