🔻 25 cargo ships pass through the Bab al-Mandab Strait

Based on shipping data from the company Kpler, on Thursday a total of 25 commercial vessels carrying cargo transited the Bab al-Mandab Strait.

This comes while traffic in the Strait of Hormuz remains at a low level, and only two oil tankers have passed through it during this period.

According to Reuters, of the 25 ships that passed through Bab al-Mandab, 18 entered this waterway and seven exited.

These vessels included several oil tankers, among which two very large tankers and five Aframax-class ships were notable.

It should be noted that neither of the two ships that transited the Strait of Hormuz was carrying a cargo.
