Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, said that at least eight people were killed in Russia’s overnight attacks, including a missile strike on the Dnipro region; five of them were members of a single family, including a father, a mother, and three children.

According to Zelensky, Russia used more than 70 missiles in these attacks, including a large number of ballistic missiles, as well as more than 280 drones.

He also spoke about a shortage of air defense systems and called for the faster delivery of defensive equipment to Ukraine.
