U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that the forces of this command are continuing to carry out the U.S. blockade against Iran with increased intensity.

CENTCOM added that, by the seventh of Mordad, it had diverted 20 commercial ships, disabled two vessels, and inspected two other vessels.
