While a senior Israeli official said Tehran is moving quickly toward building a nuclear weapon, Tehran’s acting Friday Prayer leader called for changing the government’s nuclear doctrine and building an atomic weapon. A member of the Parliament’s board said Mojtaba Khamenei is not opposed to building a nuclear weapon, unlike his father.
