🔺Two Republican senators: The likelihood of the talks failing and renewed bombardment is high

▪Two U.S. Republican senators said that the chances of success in negotiations with the Islamic Republic are low and that they expect attacks to be resumed. The remarks were made at the same time as the U.S. government announced by President Donald Trump that negotiations would resume on Monday.

▪Rick Scott, a member of the Senate committees on Armed Services and Foreign Relations, said in an interview with Fox News: “Do I think diplomacy will work? Probably not. Do I think we’ll be forced to bomb them again, hard? Probably yes.”

▪Senator Jim Banks also told Fox News: “If the Iranians don’t sit at the table and quickly reach an agreement, President Trump will bomb them again, big time.”
