Two Mexican female comedians who describe themselves as “left-wing” and run a podcast, announced their meeting and lunch with Abolfazl Pasandideh, the Islamic Republic of Iran’s ambassador to Mexico, along with his family and associates, in a post on Instagram, and published images from the meeting.

They wrote that they discussed “war, culture, hope, and above all about love” during this meeting, and thanked the Islamic Republic of Iran’s embassy in Mexico.
