The European Commission has not changed its stance on the Ukraine conflict settlement and intends to continue pumping the country with weapons, despite calls for the EU to be allowed into talks on Ukraine, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said.

On Wednesday, the European Commission announced a new tranche of military aid to Kiev of €658 million and budget financing of €3.7 billion.
