🎥 Shops in the Gulf Pars commercial center in Assaluyeh burned in a fire; five people were injured

A large fire at the Gulf Pars commercial center in Assaluyeh caused damage to a number of shops. The incident left five injured, four of whom were taken to the hospital.

Local officials say the fire caused no fatalities.

The fire started at around 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, 12 Mehr, and was brought under control after four hours. According to the Boushehr Province Crisis Management, the extent of the damage has not yet been determined and experts are currently assessing it.

Local officials initially said the cause of the incident was “unknown,” but subsequent initial investigations indicated “electrical wiring” as the likely cause of the fire. Technical investigations to determine the exact cause of the incident are still ongoing
