🔸Friedrich Merz, Chancellor of Germany, on Sunday, the 12th of Mehr, visited Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, amid the intensification of Russia’s attacks on Ukrainian cities.

🔸According to the German government, during this trip Merz will unveil a package including 1 billion euros in military aid and 350 million euros for repairing Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.

🔸It is also expected that the Berlin-Kyiv agreement for joint production of drones, missiles, and related software will be finalized.

🔸During this visit, Merz warned that if Russia does not stop, the country’s “war machine” could ultimately turn its attention to other European countries.
