Sergei Lavrov, Russia’s foreign minister, arrived in Atlanta to attend the G20 foreign ministers meeting. He was wearing jeans and a sweater as he stepped off the plane. The meeting will be held to prepare the groundwork for the G20 leaders’ summit, which is scheduled to take place on 23 and 24 Azar in Miami. The Russian delegation is also expected to hold several bilateral meetings in the coming hours, including with Marco Rubio, the U.S. Secretary of State.
