Jessica Meir, a NASA astronaut, shared this time-lapse video of the aurora borealis from the International Space Station.

She wrote that every time she watches this phenomenon, it is an unforgettable experience, and this time, the red aurora bands seen above its green-colored portion had a striking glow.
