🔻Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, called an Indian pilot of a Flydubai flight who is in hospital.

Smiti/Smithi Macchar said that he resisted the attacker because he couldn’t allow the passengers on the aircraft to lose their lives.

He has been described as a hero, because while he was injured he opened the cockpit door so that the passengers could subdue the attacker.

This aircraft, which had more than 170 passengers, took off from Dubai on Wednesday, September 30, and landed safely in Saudi Arabia.

All passengers on this flight survived.
