Multiple sources told Iran International that Alireza Sepahi, one of the defendants in the Alikhani Square case in Isfahan, suffered a heart attack before the execution of the death sentence and was transferred to Isfahan’s Zahra Hospital. According to an eyewitness, a number of security forces have been stationed at the hospital.
